In this study, adults of D. citri were sampled using yellow sticky traps (10×25 cm) at 52 citrus orchard of Kerman and Hormozgan provinces in south of Iran. Taylor’s power law and Iwao’s regression methods were used to study spatial distribution of the pest adults. Taylor’s power law and Iwao’s parameters then were used to create Green’s and Kuno’s sequential sampling models at 10 and 25 percent fixed precision levels, respectively. Results revealed that adults caught by traps had an aggregated distribution pattern based on both Taylor’s power law and Iwao methods. Green’s sequential sampling plans developed by Taylor’s parameters were more appropriate than Kuno’s ones. In obtained sequential sampling models, sample sizes were reduced and performance of plans for rapid estimation of population was increased by increasing density of Asian citrus psyllid adults. Increasing fixed precision level from 25% to 10% resulted in up to 6-7 times increasing in number of traps required to estimate population density of adults. So, sampling at 10 percent precision level is time wasting because of large sample size estimations and green’s sequential sampling model at integrated pest management precision level (25%) is recommended because of less time needed for monitoring D. citri adults}, keywords = {Sequential sampling,Sample size,yellow sticky trap,Diaphoina citri}, title_fa = {نمونه‌برداری دنباله‌ای با دقت ثابت از جمعیت حشرات کامل پسیل آسیایی مرکبات، Diaphorina citri Kuwayama (Hemiptera:Psyllidae در باغات مرکبات جنوب ایران}, abstract_fa = {پسیل آسیایی مرکبات، Diaphorina citri به دلیل انتقال عامل بیماری میوۀ سبز مرکبات یکی از مهمترین آفات مرکبات در مناطق جنوبی ایران است. در این مطالعه حشرات کامل این آفت با استفاده از تله‌های زرد چسبنده به ابعاد 10× 25 سانتی‌متر از 52 باغ در استان‌های کرمان و هرمزگان نمونه‌برداری شدند. برای تحلیل پراکنش فضایی پسیل آسیایی مرکبات، از دو روش قانون نمایی تیلور Taylor (1961) و روش رگرسیونی ایوائو Iwao (1968) استفاده شد. همچنین مدل‌های نمونه‌برداری دنباله‌ای با سطوح دقت 10 و 25 درصد براساس پارامترهای تیلور به روش گرین Green (1970) و پارامترهای ایوائو به روش کونو Kuno (1969) تهیه شدند. نتایج نشان داد که حشرات کامل شمارش شده روی تله‌های زرد چسبنده مطابق هر دو روش تیلور و ایوائو دارای الگوی تجمعی بودند. مقایسۀ مدل‌های تهیه شده نشان داد که مدل‌های نمونه‌برداری دنباله‌ای روش گرین که بر اساس پارامترهای قانون نمایی تیلور تهیه می‌شوند بهتر از مدل‌های روش کونو بودند. در مدل‌های نمونه‌برداری تهیه شده، با افزایش تراکم جمعیت حشرات کامل پسیل آسیایی مرکبات، اندازۀ نمونه کاهش یافته و بر کارایی مدل در تعیین سریع میانگین جمعیت افزوده شد. با افزایش سطح دقت از 25 درصد به 10 درصد، تعداد تله لازم برای تخمین جمعیت حشرات کامل پسیل در تراکم‌های مختلف 7-6 برابر افزایش یافت. بنابر‌این نمونه‌برداری در سطح دقت تحقیقاتی (10 درصد) به دلیل برآورد اندازۀ نمونۀ بسیار بزرگ، زمان‌بر بوده و استفاده از مدل تهیۀ شده به روش گرین در سطح دقت مدیریت تلفیقی آفات (25 درصد) به دلیل صرفه‌جویی در زمان نمونه‌برداری توصیه می‌شود.}, keywords_fa = {نمونه‌برداری دنباله‌ای,اندازۀ نمونه,تلۀ زرد چسبنده,پسیل آسیایی مرکبات}, url = {https://jaenph.areeo.ac.ir/article_106612.html}, eprint = {https://jaenph.areeo.ac.ir/article_106612_951c262c0a712b792e20d677e7e3a0f5.pdf} }
