جدول زندگی و تولیدمثلی Trissolcus djadetshkoe Hym. Scelionidae روی تخم سن گندم Eurygaster integriceps Hem. Scutelleridae
زنبور Trissolcus djadetshkoe (Hym. Scelionidae) یک گونهی مغلوب انگلوارهی تخم سن گندم در مزارع غلات ایران محسوب میشود. بههمین دلیل در برنامههای تحقیقاتی و کنترل بیولژیک کاربردی کمتر طرف توجه قرار گرفته است. با این وجود، یک انگلواره با اثر اندک در کنترل یک آفت لزوماً یک گونهی کم اهمیت نیست. هرچند این گونه یک عامل تلفات جزیی آفت در بیشتر نقاط ایران محسوب میشود، ولی دومین گونهی مهم مناطق شمالغرب کشور بهشمار میآید. کارایی این گونه در قالب پارامترهای جدول زندگی در آزمایشگاه (دمای 1±26 درجهی سلسیوس، رطوبت نسبی 10±50% و دورهی نوری 8: 16 ساعت) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نسبت جنسی، نرخ جایگزینی خالص و نرخ ذاتی افزایش به ترتیب 0.03±0.57، 2.9±39.8 ماده بر نسل و 0.004±0.212 بر روز بود. کارآیی این عامل با سایر پارازیتوییدهای تخم سن گندم مقایسه شد.

تاثیر شخم زمستانه بر کاهش تراکم جمعیت سرخرطومی پسته
سرخرطومی Polydrusus davatchii Hoffmann، آفت جوانه و گل درختان پسته در ابتدای بهار است. این پژوهش در یک باغ پستهی آلوده به آفت سرخرطومی در دوره زمانی 1388-1391 در منطقه بیاض (رفسنجان) انجام شد. بررسی فراوانی شکار حشرات کامل بوسیله قفس ظهور در محلهای مختلف باغ پسته نشان داد که حشره کامل سرخرطومی فقط از محلهای پوشیده از بقایای گیاهی مانند برگهای خزان کرده و باقیماندهی علفهای هرز در ناحیه سایه انداز درختان و در طول ماه فروردین از خاک خارج میشود. تعداد سرخرطومی شکار شده در سایه انداز درختان فاقد بقایای گیاهی، بطور معنیدار کمتر از سایه انداز درختان پوشیده از مواد گیاهی بود. تعداد سرخرطومی شکار شده از محلهایی که شخم زدهشده بود نیز بطور معنی دار کمتر از محلهای شخم زده نشده بدست آمد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که فراوانی حشرات کامل سرخرطومی روی درختان پسته در قطعهی شخم زده شده بطور معنیدار کمتر از تعداد سرخرطومی روی اندامهای هوایی درخت در قطعهی شخم زده نشده است. بر اساس پژوهش حاضر، شخم زمستانهی باغ با عمق حداقل 30 سانتیمتر در کاهش تراکم جمعیت این آفت تاثیر مثبت داشت.

ارزیابی روشهای زمینآمار و شبکه عصبی مصنوعی در تعیین پراکنش مکانی کنه تارتن دولکهای (Acari: Tetranychidae) Tetranychus urticae در مزرعه خیار شهرستان رامهرمز
پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیشبینی تراکم کنه تارتن دولکهای با روشهای زمینآمار و شبکهی عصبی مصنوعی در مرزعه خیار استان خوزستان شهرستان رامهرمز انجام شد. بدین منظور مختصات طول و عرض ۱۰۰ نقطه با فاصله ۱۰متر، در سطح مزرعه مشخص و به عنوان ورودیهای هر دو روش تعریف شد. خروجی هر روش نیز تعداد این آفت در آن نقاط بود. در بخش زمینآمار از روش کریجینگ معمولی و در بخش شبکه عصبی مصنوعی، ساختار پرسپترون سه لایه با الگوریتم پس انتشار خطا، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. مقایسه نتایج زمینآمار و شبکه عصبی مصنوعی بیانگر توانایی بالای شبکه عصبی در مقایسه با روش زمینآمار بود، به طوری که به ترتیب شبکه عصبی مصنوعی و زمین آمار با ضریب تبیین 0.891 ، 0.601 و مجموع مربعات باقیمانده 0.14، 0.071 نسبت به زمینآمار خطای کمتری داشت. در مجموع میتوان چنین نتیجه گرفت که روش شبکه عصبی مصنوعی با تلفیق دو عامل طول و عرض جغرافیایی، قادر به پیشبینی تراکم آفت با دقت مناسب بود.

واکنش ارقام و لاینهای پیشرفته گندم نسبت به بیماری پوسیدگی طوقه و ریشه ناشی از گونههای Fusarium culmorum وF. pseudograminearum در شرایط مزرعه و گلخانه
در سالهای اخیر به دلیل کشت مداوم گندم، پوسیدگیهای طوقهوریشه اهمیت خاصی پیدا نموده و سبب خسارت قابل توجهی شده است.برای مدیریت این بیماریها استفاده از ارقام مقاوم یا متحمل مناسبترین روش میباشد. این تحقیق به منظور ارزیابی میزان مقاومت 70 رقم و لاین پیشرفتهی گندم نان و دوروم نسبت به مخلوط پنج جدایه از قارچ Fusarium culmorum تحت شرایط مزرعهای در دو منطقه کرج و کرمانشاه انجام شد. همچنین واکنش این ارقام و لاینهای پیشرفته در مرحله گیاهچهای نسبت به جدایه های F. culmorum و F. pseudograminearum بطور جداگانه تحت شرایط گلخانهای بررسی شد. آزمایشات مزرعهای بر اساس طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با چهار تکرار و آزمایشات گلخانهای با 5 تکرار انجام شد. طی آزمایشات دو ساله در کرج ارقام و لاینهایC-85D-9 ،S-84-14 ،N-85-5 ،CROC-1/AE.SQARROSA (224)//OPATA، SONMEZ، M-85-7،BURBOT-6 ، C-87- 18 و TURCAN#3 از مقاومت خوبی برخوردار بودند. ارقام و لاینهای 2-49، SUNR23 (GALA) 2-49/(CN#133/SUNSTATE*4)//SUNSTATE)، CHIRYA.3، BURBOT-6،WS-85-10 ، C-87-11 و C-87-18نیز در کرمانشاه دارای مقاومت بسیار خوبی به پوسیدگی طوقه و ریشه گندم بودند. رقم BURBOT-6 از سیمیت و لاین پیشرفتهیC-87-18 از موسسه تحقیقات اصلاح و تهیه نهال و بذر در هر دو منطقه مذکور از مقاومت بسیار خوبی بر خوردار بودند و حتی از ارقام مقاومی نظیر 2-49 و Sunco که در دنیا معرفی شدهاند مقاومت بیشتری داشتند. این ارقام برای استفادهی مستقیم در مناطق آلوده و یا استفاده در برنامههای بهنژادی تولید ارقام مقاوم به پوسیدگی های طوقه و ریشه معرفی میشوند.

ویژگیهای زیستی و پارامترهای جدول زندگی کفشدوزک Hyperaspis polita با تغذیه از شپشکهای آردآلود Phenacoccus solenopsis و Planococcus citri در شرایط آزمایشگاهی
کفشدوزک Hyperaspis polita گزینه توانایی برای کنترل شپشکهای آردآلود است. بهمنظور تعیین بهترین طعمه برای پرورش انبوه این شکارگر با تغذیه از شپشکهای آردآلود پنبهPhenacoccus solenopsis و مرکبات Planococcus citri در شرایط آزمایشگاهی (دمای بهینه 1±30 درجه سلسیوس، رطوبت نسبی 5±65 درصد و دوره نوری به تاریکی 14:10) پارامترهای زیستی آن بررسی شد. تجزیه دادهها بر اساس جدول زندگی سن- مرحله دوجنسی نشان داد طول دوره تفریخ تخم و طول دوره رشدی لاروها، پیش شفیره و شفیره کفشدوزک با تغذیه از شپشک آرد آلود مرکبات به ترتیب 5.08، 3.62، 2.47، 6.55 روز و با تغذیه ازشپشک آردآلود پنبه به ترتیب 5.18، 3.75، 2.38 و 6.16 روز بود. طول کل دوره پیش از تخمریزی ((TPOP، پیش از تخمریزی حشرات کامل (APOP)، دوره تخمریزی، عمر حشرات بالغ ماده و نر به ترتیب با تغذیه از شپشک آرد آلود مرکبات برابر با 4.36، 32.28، 51.72، 81.89 و 69.84 روز و با تغذیه ازشپشک آردآلود پنبه برابر با 4.87، 32.39، 45.33، 70.85 و 64.44 روز برآورد شد. مادهها بهطور میانگین 220.8 تخم با تغذیه از شپشک آردآلود مرکبات و 182.61 تخم با تغذیه از شپشک آردآلود پنبه تولید کردند. مقادیر پارامترهای جدول زندگی شامل نرخ ذاتی افزایش جمعیت (rm)، نرخ متناهی افزایش جمعیت (λ)، نرخ خالص تولید مثل (Ro) و طول دوره یک نسل (T) به ترتیب با تغذیه از شپشک آردآلود مرکبات برابر با 0.0783 روز1-، 1.0814 روز1-، 53.35 نتاج، 50.80 روز و با تغذیه از شپشک آردآلود پنبهبرابر با 0.0767 روز1-، 1.0797 روز1-، 43.35 نتاج و 49.14 روز محاسبه شد. بر اساس نتایج بهدستآمده هر دو شپشک طعمه برای پرورش انبوه این کفشدوزک مناسب بودند، اما با توجه به سهولت پرورش شپشک آردآلود مرکبات، این شپشک به عنوان بهترین طعمه پیشنهاد میشود.

واکنش برخی ارقام و ژنوتیپهای لوبیا به Fusarium solani f. sp. phaseoli با تنش و بدون تنش رطوبتی در شرایط گلخانه
پوسیدگی فوزاریومی ریشه لوبیا، ناشی از (Fsp) Fusarium solani f. sp. phaseoli، یکی از بیماریهای مهم لوبیا در ایران است. در این بررسی مقاومت 13 رقم تجاری و ژنوتیپ در سه نوع لوبیا سفید، چیتی و قرمز نسبت به Fsp در شرایط گلخانه ارزیابی شد. پژوهش در شرایط بدون تنش کمآبی و اعمال تنش کمآبی به صورت آزمایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار انجام گرفت. واکنش ارقام و ژنوتیپ ها بر اساس اندازهگیری شدت بیماری (نکروز روی ریشه) و برخی شاخصهای رشدیگیاه ارزیابی شد. نتایج حاکی از تفاوت معنیدار در اجزاء عملکرد ارقام و ژنوتیپ های مختلف لوبیا و تأثیر Fsp بر شاخصهای مورد بررسی بود. ارقام مورد آزمایش از نظر واکنش به Fsp در شرایط بدون تنش کمآبی به سه گروه زیر از نظر شدت بیماری و اجزاء عملکرد تقسیم شدند: 1- آلودگی خفیف: ارقام صدری، ژنوتیپ جونقان، صیاد و کوشا، 2- آلودگی متوسط: ارقام تلاش، درسا، غفار، ژنوتیپ لردگان، D81083 و اختر، 3- آلودگی شدید: ارقام پاک، شکوفا و دانشکده. بیشترین حساسیت در ارقام مربوط به لوبیا سفید و کمترین حساسیت مربوط به ارقام لوبیا قرمز بود. لوبیا چیتی در حد وسط قرار داشت. در شرایط تنش کمآبی بهجز ارقام صیاد و صدری که آلودگی متوسط نشان دادند در سایر ارقام آلودگی شدید تا مرگ بوته مشاهده شد. این نتایج حاکی از اثر تشدیدکنندگی و پیش آمودگی تنش کمآبی در بیماریزایی Fsp روی لوبیا است.

رابطه بین بیماری فیزیولوژیکی پوسیدگی گلگاه (Blossom End Rot) و آلودگی میوه به کرم غوزه پنبه Helicoverpa armigera (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) در مزارع گوجه فرنگی
کلسیم یکی از مهمترین عناصر غذایی مورد نیاز گیاه گوجه فرنگی است که کمبود آن منجر به حساسیت این گیاه به تنشهای محیطی و عوامل زنده میشود. کرم غوزه پنبه به عنوان یکی از مهمترین آفات میوه گوجه فرنگی هر ساله باعث کاهش تولید و صرف هزینههای بالا برای کنترل خسارت آن میشود. تحقیق حاضر به مطالعه رابطه کمبود کلسیم در میوههای گوجهفرنگی و میزان آلودگی میوهها به کرم غوزه پنبه در دو منطقه آبگرم و قلعه شهدای استان قزوین در طول فصل زراعی 1394 پرداخته است. بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده رابطه مستقیمی بین کمبود کلسیم و میزان ابتلا به کرم غوزه پنبه وجود داشت. همچنین با افزایش اندازه و وزن میوهها میزان آلودگی به آفت کاهش یافته، درحالیکه میزان کمبود کلسیم در میوهها نیز افزایش مییابد. بیشترین میزان آلودگی در مراحل تشکیل میوه و بیشترین میزان کمبود کلسیم در مرحله رنگگیری میوهها مشاهده شد. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده به نظر میرسد که کمبود کلسیم نقش مهمی در میزان خسارت کرم غوزه پنبه روی گوجه فرنگی داشته باشد. از سوی دیگر تغذیه گیاهان با میزان کافی و در زمان مناسب میتواند باعث کاهش میزان آلودگی در گیاهان گوجه فرنگی شود.

ردیابی ویروئیدهای مرکبات با روش استخراج اسید نوکلئیک توسط CF-11
بیماریهای کاچکسیا ناشی از ویروئیدCitrus Cachexia viroid, CCaVd و اگزوکورتیس ناشی از ویروئید Citrus exocortis viroid, CEVd مهمترین بیماریهای ویروئیدی مرکبات در جهان هستند. ویروئیدها با روشهای متداول سرولوژیکی قابل شناسایی نبوده و روشهای فعلی تشخیص آنها عموماً وقتگیر، پر هزینه و با محدودیتهایی همراه است. در این بررسی امکان خالصسازی و شناسایی دقیق این ویروئیدها با استفاده از ستون کروماتوگرافیCF-11 بررسی شد. طی سالهای1390 تا 1392، از سرشاخههای22 درخت نارنگی و 15 درخت پرتقال به ترتیب واجد علائم بیماریهای کاچکسیا و اگزوکورتیس در شرق مازندران نمونه برداری شد. بافت برگ پس از پودر شدن با بافر استخراج مخلوط شد. خالصسازی در ستون حاوی پودر سلولز انجام و با افزودن اتانول، مولکولهای آر ان ای دو رشتهای استخراج و توسط استات سدیم رسوب داده شد. رسوب حاصل در آگارز یک درصد الکتروفورز و دو باند اختصاصی در محدودههای 300 تا 400 جفت باز (فرم خطی) و7800 -7000 جفت باز (فرم حلقوی) مرتبط با این دو ویروئید به دست آمد که به ترتیب در ماههای گرم و در تمامی ماههای سال با این روش قابلشناسایی بود. ماهیت RNA دورشتهای باندهای به دست آمده، با عدم تخریب آنها توسط آنزیم DNase وهمچنین RNase در حضور محلول نمک طعام 0.3 مولار و حلالیت آنها در محلول LiCl تایید شد. ماهیت ویروئیدی باندهای به دست آمده توسط واکنش زنجیرهای پلی مراز (RT-PCR) با استفاده از آغازگرهای اختصاصی CEVd و CCaVd تعیین گردید. تعداد 500 نهال پرتقال و 300 نهال نارنگی در آزمون سلامت نهال با این روش بررسی شد.با توجه به تکرار پذیری و قابل اعتماد بودن این روش و تأیید ماهیت باندهای به دست آمده با آغازگر اختصاصی هر یک از این دو ویروئید در واکنش زنجیره ای پلیمراز، این روش برای تشخیص ویروئیدهای مرکبات در برنامههای کاربردی تولید نهال سالم با صرف حداقل زمان و هزینه پیشنهاد میگردد.

ارزیابی مقاومت نه رقم زراعی گندم نسبت به سن گندم،Eurygaster integriceps ، در شرایط مزرعه در منطقهی نقده استان آذربایجان غربی
سن گندم، Eurygaster integriceps Put. مهمترین آفت گندم در ایران است که میتواند موجب کاهش کمی و کیفی قابل ملاحظهایی در عملکرد محصول گردد. به منظور مقایسهی میزان مقاومت نه رقم زراعی گندم نسبت به خسارت این آفت، آزمایشهایی در شرایط مزرعهای در سال زراعی 1393-1392 انجام گرفت. بدین منظور، دو آزمایش مزرعهای تیمار و شاهد در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی طراحی شد. هر آزمایش شامل سه بلوک (تکرار) بود. آلودگی تیمارهای آزمایشی به صورت طبیعی و شاهد بدون آلودگی با کاربرد آفتکش، انجام شد. محصول گندم در بلوکهای تیمار و شاهد برداشت و میزان کاهش عملکرد، وزن هزار دانه نسبت به شاهد و میزان کاهش وزن پنجاه دانهی سنزده نسبت به پنجاه دانهی سالم به ازای هر پورهی سن در تمامی ارقام تعیین گردید. همچنین تراکم پورههای سن 4 و 5 و میزان سنزدگی دانهها به ازای هر پورهی سن در آزمایش تیمار نیز تعیین شد. بر اساس نتایج تجزیه واریانس دادهها در مورد تمامی صفات مورد بررسی اختلاف میان ارقام آزمایش معنیدار بود (0.01 ≥ P). بر اساس مقایسهی میانگینها، ارقام سایسیونز و زرین به ترتیب با میانگین 0.03±0.35 و 0.01±0.38 درصد کاهش عملکرد به ازای هر پورهی سن، کمترین میزان کاهش عملکرد را نسبت به شرایط غیرآلوده نشان دادند. بین صفت کاهش عملکرد و میزان سنزدگی دانهها همبستگی مثبت معنیداری مشاهده گردید (0.01 ≥P).

غربالگری ژرم پلاسمهای نخود برای انتخاب ژنوتیپهای مقاوم به بیماری برقزدگی
گیاه نخود سومین لگوم مهم جهان بعد از لوبیا و نخود فرنگی است. تنشهای زیستی و غیر زیستی متعددی باعث کاهش عملکرد این محصول می شوند که در میان آنها، بیماری برق زدگی نخود یکی از مهمترین عوامل محدودکننده تولید نخود در بیشتر مناطق دنیا است. توسعه و کاربرد ارقام مقاوم مؤثرترین و اقتصادیترین راهبرد مدیریت این بیماری است. به منظورگزینش ژنوتیپهای مقاوم نخود، واکنش 200 ژنوتیپ منتخب بانک ژن گیاهی طی دو فصل زراعی 1392-1391 و 1393-1392 در شرایط مزرعه در استان لرستان مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. ژنوتیپها پس از ظهور گیاهچه با پخش یکنواخت بقایای گیاهی نخود آلوده مایه زنی شدند. خسارت بیماری با مقیاس 9-1 و پس از مرگ شاهد حساس(بیوه نیج) ارزیابی گردید. بیشترین مقدار بیماری جهت طبقه بندی میزان مقاومت هر ژنوتیپ در نظر گرفته شد. همچنین واکنش ژنوتیپ های منتخب در شرایط اتاقک رشد مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که فراوانی ژنوتیپ های خیلی مقاوم و مقاوم، پایین بود. براساس ارزیابی های مزرعه ای و اتاقک رشد تعداد 11 ژنوتیپ مقاومت نسبی نشان دادند که می توان از آنها به عنوان منابع مقاومت در برنامههای اصلاح نباتات نخود استفاده کرد.

بررسی سنهای خانواده (Reduviidae (Heteroptera: Hemiptera موجود در موزة حشرات هایک میرزایانس ایران
نمونههای متعلق به خانواده Reduviidae موجود در موزهی حشرات هایک میرزایانس، بخش تحقیقات ردهبندی حشرات، مؤسسه تحقیقات گیاهپزشکی کشور، مربوط به یک دوره جمعآوری 60 ساله، طی سالهای 1393 و 1394 بررسی تاکسونومیکی شد. در این مطالعه 21 گونه از 11 جنس متعلق به چهار زیرخانوادهStenopodainae ،Reduviinae ، Harpactorinae وPeiratinae شناسایی شدند. طی این تحقیق، گونه Holotrichius rotundatus Stål از زیرخانواده Reduviinae و گونههای Oncocephalus asiranus Miller وO. trichocnemis Horváth از زیرخانواده Stenopodainae برای اولین بار از ایران شناسایی شدند. همچنین 18 گونه برای اولین بار از استانهای مختلف ایران گزارش شد. نمونههای مطالعه شده، همراه با اطلاعات پراکنش (مختصات جغرافیایی: طول، عرض و ارتفاع)، تاریخ جمعآوری، نام جمعآوری کنندگان، تصاویر و اطلاعات جامع در مورد حضور گونههای مطالعه شده در ایران و جهان با استفاده از منابع علمی ارائه شده است. شناساییهای انجام شده توسط P. Moulet از موزه ریکوین (Requien) کشور فرانسه تأیید شد.

اولین گزارش زنبور پارازیتوئید Dimophora evanialis (Hym.: Ichneumonidae, Cremastinae)، برای فون ایران (گزارش کوتاه علمی)
زیرخانواده Cremastinae (Hym.: Ichneumonidae) دارای بیش از 756 گونه توصیف شده در قالب 35 جنس میباشد (5). این زنبورها دارای گسترش جهانی بوده ولی در مناطق گرمسیری دارای غنای گونهای بیشتری هستند. از نظر زیستشناسی، گونههای این زیرخانواده پارازیتوئید داخلی کوینوبیونت عمدتاً پروانهها و در مواردی سختبالپوشان محسوب میگردند (4). تاکنون، 27 گونه از زنبورهای زیرخانواده Cremastinae از ایران جمعآوری و شناسائی شده است (1; 3). در سال 1395 هشت عدد تله مالیز در مناطق مختلف شهرستان آمل نصب گردید. برای کشتن و نگهداری حشرات از الکل 75 در بطریهای جمعآوری تلهها استفاده شد. تعداد 15 زنبور از زیرخانواده Cremastinae شکار شد و با استفاده از توصیفها و کلیدهای شناسائی موجود به نام Dimophora evanialis شناسائی گردید (2). جنس و گونه این زنبور پارازیتوئید برای اولین بار از ایران گزارش میگردد (1). نمونههای این زنبور در کلکسیون حشرات دانشکده کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی داراب، دانشگاه شیراز نگهداری میشوند. جنس Dimophora Förster, 1869: افراد بالغ گونههای این جنس با ویژگیهای ریختشناسی زیر از سایر جنسهای این زیرخانواده قابل شناسائی هستند: بال جلو دارای سلول آرئولت بزرگ تقریباً لوزی شکل، ران پای عقب فاقد دندانه در سطح زیرین، لبههای پایینی ترژیت اول موازی و توسط استرنیت اول در تمام طول کاملاً جدا شده، ترژیت دوم بدون تیریدیوم و اپیپلورون آن به زیر خمیده شده (2). دو گونه از این جنس در منطقه پالئارکتیک انتشار دارند (5).

اولین گزارش زنبور Perilissus lutescens Hym.: Ichneumonidae, Ctenopelmatinae، برای ایران (گزارش کوتاه علمی)
یکی از زیرخانوادههای نسبتاً بزرگ زنبورهای پارازیتوئید خانوادهی Ichneumonidae، زیر خانواده Ctenopelmatinae، با بیش از 1200 گونهی توصیف شده در سطح جهان است (5). اعضای این زیرخانواده به عنوان پارازیتوئید زنبورهای تخمریز ارهای (Hym.: Symphyta) شناخته میشوند و بعضی گونهها به عنوان عامل کنترل زیستی زنبورهای تخمریز ارهای آفت از اروپا به آمریکای شمالی و کانادا وارد گردیدهاند (4). از لحاظ ریختشناسی بیرونی زنبورهای زیرخانوادهی Ctenopelmatinae در انتهای ساق پای جلو دارای یک خار ریز بوده و غالباً تخمریز کوتاه دارند. تا کنون فقط 10 گونه از زنبورهای زیرخانوادهی Ctenopelmatinae از ایران گزارش شده است (1; 2). در این مقاله یک جنس و گونهی جدید از این زیرخانواده از استان کرمان، ایران گزارش میشود. نمونهبرداریها طی سالهای 1393-1394 از دو شهرستان جیرفت و فاریاب در جنوب ایران با استفاده از 8 تلهی مالیز انجام شد. نمونهی جمعآوری شدهی این زنبور توسط نویسندهی چهارم، ریجو جوسیلا ((R. Jussila متخصص زنبورهای خانوادهی Ichneumonidae، شناسائی شد. نمونهی این زنبور در مجموعهی حشرات بخش گیاهپزشکی، دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه شهید باهنر کرمان نگهداری میشود.

اثر ذخیرهسازی در سرما روی رفتار جفتگیری حشرات بالغ نوظهور و شایستگی نتاج در زنبور پارازیتوئید Lysiphlebus fabarum، در شرایط دمایی ثابت و نوساندار (مقالهی انگلیسی)
ذخیرهسازی در سرما یک روش ارزشمند برای کاهش هزینهها در تولید انبوه عوامل بیولوژیک میباشد. در بعضی از زنبورهای پارازیتوئید، رژیم دمایی نوساندار (مواجههی طولانی با دمای پایین در ترکیب با دورههای کوتاه در دماهای بالاتر)، منجر به بهبود بقاء و باروری میشود. در این مطالعه شفیرههای زنبور پارازیتوئید Lysiphlebus fabarum (Marshall) (Braconidae: Aphidiinae)، روی شته سیاه باقلا، Aphis fabae به مدت دو هفته در شرایط سرمای شش درجهی سلسیوس (رطوبت نسبی 60-50 درصد و دوره نوری 14 ساعت روشنایی و 10 ساعت تاریکی)، ذخیرهسازی شدند تا رفتار جفتگیری حشرات بالغ نوظهور و همچنین شایستگی نتاج آنها در دو شرایط دمایی نوساندار (روزانه دو ساعت در دمای 21 درجه سلسیوس) و ثابت مقایسه شود. نتایج نشان داد که حشرات نر ظاهر شده در شرایط دمایی نوساندار برخلاف تیمار دمایی ثابت از نظر شناسایی بو، سرعت راه رفتن و جفتگیری موفق، تفاوت معنیداری با حشرات نر شاهد نداشت. همچنین نگهداری در سرما در شرایط نوساندار تاثیری روی شایستگی نتاج نسل اول (درصد پارازیتیسم، درصد ظهور حشرات کامل و نسبت جنسی) نداشت. در مجموع نتایج نشان داد که نگهداری شفیرههای زنبور پارازیتوئید L. fabarum در شرایط دمایی نوساندار یک روش حفاظتی مؤثر محسوب میشود.

مطالعه فونستیک زنبورهای زیرخانوادههای Poemeniinae و Xoridinae (Hym.: Ichneumonidae) در استان گیلان (مقالهی انگلیسی)
جنگلهای هیرکانی در شمال ایران، یکی از زیست بومهای منحصر بفرد جهان، با تنوع زیستی بالا و دربرگیرنده بسیاری از گونههای اندمیک ایران است. زنبورهای پارازیتوئید خانواده Ichneumonidae بزرگترین خانواده بالغشائیان و یکی از مهمترین اجزای زیستبوم جنگل و به عنوان شاخص زیستی شناخته میشوند. این مطالعه به منظور تکمیل فهرست زنبورهای این خانواده درجنگلهای استان گیلان انجام شد. نمونهها بوسیله تله مالیز و تور حشره گیری، طی سالهای 1390- 1394 جمعآوری شد. از زیرخانواده Poemeniinae دو گونه جدید Neoxorides collaris و N. nitens. برای نخستین بار معرفی شد، همچنین چهار گونه از زیرخانواده Xoridinae شناسائی شدند که دو گونه Xorides rufipes و X. praecatorius برای اولین بار از ایران گزارش گردیدند. ضمن ارائه ویژگیهای ریخت شناختی افتراقی و توصیف گونهها پراکنش آنها در جنگلهای هیرکانی و سایر نقاط گزارش شده در ناحیه پالئارکتیک و نیز اهمیت بالقوه آنها در کنترل زیستی با توجه به میزبانهای احتمالی در ایران بحث شد.
