سنتز فرمولاسیون نماتدکش محلول در آب از گیاه بومادران (Achillea wilhelmsii) و تأثیر آن در کنترل نماتد ریشه گرهی (Meloidogyne incognita) در شرایط آزمایشگاهی و گلخانه
اندامهای هوایی گیاه بومادران (Achillea wilhelmsii C. Koch) در دمای اطاق (حدود 25 درجه سلسیوس) و سایه خشک، با استفاده از آسیاب برقی، پودر شد. عصارهگیری با حلال متانل در دستگاه سوکسوله انجام شد. خالصسازی عصاره از ترکیبات کربوهیدراتی، با استفاده از امولسیفایر پلیاکسیاتیلن سوربیتان منواولئات (Tween 85)، مواد همراه شامل روغن طبیعی (روغن آفتابگردان) و حلال آلی (زایلن) انجام شد و فرمولاسیون 5% محلول در آب (EC) تهیه گردید. تأثیر غلظتهای مختلف این فرمولاسیون در 24 و 48 ساعت در شرایط آزمایشگاهی روی تحرک و مرگ و میر لارو سن دوم نماتد Meloidogyne incognita و در شرایط گلخانهای روی نماتد مذکور و صفات رویشی گیاه گوجهفرنگی بررسی شد. در شرایط گلخانه، تمام تیمارها توانستند باعث کاهش معنیدار (0.05>p) تعداد گال، تعداد توده تخم و جمعیت نهایی نماتد شوند. در شرایط آزمایشگاهی بیشترین میزان نماتدکشی (تا 100%)، پس از 48 ساعت، متعلق به تیمارهای 8 و 16 درصد بود. در تیمار 4 درصد، میزان مرگ و میر نماتد پس از 48 ساعت معادل 49/86% و در سایر غلظتها صفر به ثبت رسید. اثرات انفرادی و متقابل زمان و تیمار روی غیر فعالسازی نماتد از نظر آماری غیر معنیدار ولی روی مرگ و میر نماتد معنیدار بود. بررسی پایداری فرمولاسیون (ضریب تعادل چربی دوستی- آب دوستی) با روش CIPAC, FAO در شرایط آزمایشگاهی نشان داد که فرمولاسیون داری امولسیفایر Tween 85، پایداری بیشتری نسبت به امولسیفایر Span 85 است.

مقایسه فراوانی و تنوع گونهای بندپایان گیاهخوار موجود در زراعت گندم در سامانههای خاکورزی حفاظتی و متداول در منطقه زرقان فارس
در این پژوهش، فراوانی و تنوع گونهای بندپایان گیاهخوار موجود در زراعت گندمدر سه سامانهی کشت بیخاکورزی، کمخاکورزی و متداول در دو فصل زراعی متوالی مطالعه شد. نمونهبرداری در تمام مراحل رشدی گندم و با استفاده از کارتهای زرد چسبنده، دستگاه مکش و تلههای خاکی صورت گرفت. از نرم افزار Past برای محاسبه شاخصهای تنوع شانون- وینر، سیمپسون، برگر- پارکر و شاخص یکنواختی پیلوجی استفاده شد. گونهی Psammotethix alianus با فراوانی 30.1 درصد تنها گونه فوق غالب در سامانهی کمخاکورزی و گونههای Malachius bipustulatus (26.13%) و Haplothrips tritici (14%) گونههای غالب سامانهی مذکور بودند. در سامانه بیخاکورزی (25.6%) P. alianus، H. tritici (24.91%)، Petrobia latens (12.28%) و در سامانه متداول P. alianus (26.66%) وM. bipustulatus (22.78%) گونههای غالب بودند. شاخص شانون در سامانههای بیخاکورزی، کمخاک ورزی و متداول به ترتیب 2.25، 2.13، 2.26، سیمپسون 0.84، 0.81، 0.84، برگر- پارکر 0.25، 0.30، 0.26 و پیلوجی 0.68، 0.64 و 0.67 تعیین شد. در کل، فراوانی بندپایان در سامانه متداول اختلاف معنیدار با سامانههای بیخاکورزی و کمخاکورزی نشان داد. همچنین شاخصهای تنوع و یکنواختی در سامانه کمخاکورزی اختلاف معنیدار با سامانههای متداول و بیخاکورزی نشان داد.

ارزیابی توان آنتاگونیستی سودوموناسهای فلورسنت ریزوسفر سیبزمینی در کنترل Ralstonia solanacearum در شرایط گلخانه
این پژوهش، با هدف ارزیابی توان آنتاگونیستی باکتریهای Pseudomonas fluorescent علیه Ralstonia solanacearum عامل پژمردگی باکتریایی سیبزمینی در گلخانه انجام شد. تعداد 80 استرین سودوموناس روی محیط کشت King,s B از خاک پیرامون ریشه و غده سالم گردآوری شده از 10 مزرعه جدا شد. باکتریR. solanacearum از سیبزمینی آلوده روی محیط کشت اختصاصی دارای تری فنیل تترازولیوم کلراید (TTC) جداسازی شد. توانایی استرینهای باکتریهای P. fluorescent در جلوگیری از رشد بیمارگر با استفاده از آزمون کشت سه نقطهای و اندازهگیری هاله بازدارنده در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد که استرینهای EH87، EH203 با میانگین قطر هاله بازدارنده 3.78 و 3.65 سانتیمتر و استرینهای EH27 و EH40 با میانگین قطر هاله بازدارنده 1.85 و 1.54 سانتیمتر به ترتیب بیشترین و کمترین درصد بازدارندگی از رشد را نشان دادند. بر مبنای نتیجه آزمایش بازدارندگی در آزمایشگاه از میان استرینهای بررسی شده، تعداد نه استرین به عنوان نماینده برای بررسیهای گلخانهای انتخاب شدند. نتایج تعیین ویژگیهای فنوتیپی و واکنش فوق حساسیت در برگهای توتون نشان داد که این نه استرین به گونههای Pseudomonas putida و بیووارهای یک، دو و چهارP. fluorescens تعلق دارند. توان آنتاگونیستی استرینهای سودوموناسهای فلورسنت علیه باکتریR. solanacearum در شرایط گلخانه با روش آغشتهسازی نشاء در قالب طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار بررسی و فاکتورهای رشد پس از سه ماه اندازهگیری و ثبت شد. نتایج نشان داد که استرینهای EH70، EH49 کارایی بیوکنترلی بالایی نسبت به شاهد آلوده داشته و توانستند به ترتیب میزان بیماری را 84 و 75 درصد کاهش دهند. ژنهای کد کننده 16SrRNA استرینهای برگزیده با استفاده از پرایمرهای همگانی توسط PCR تکثیر و سپس توالی یابی شد. نتایج نشان داد که استرین EH53، 98 درصد به باکتریهای، Pseudomonas fluoresent شباهت دارد.

بررسی اثر کنترل کنندگی عصاره برگ گیاهان رازیانه (Foeniculum vulgaris) و گزنه (Urtica dioica) بر نماتد مولد گره ریشه (Meloidogyne javanica) در گیاه خیار
اثر کنترل کنندگی عصارههای آبی و الکلی گیاهان رازیانه و گزنه دوپایه بر علیه نماتد ریشه گرهی (M. javanica) در گیاه خیار در شرایط گلخانه ای بررسی شد. عصارههای خام برگ خشک گیاهان گزنه و رازیانه توسط دستگاه سوکسله استخراج شد. تعداد 1۰00 عدد لارو سن 2 و تخم نماتد به اطراف ریشههای گیاه خیار هیبرید رقم Beit Alpha 192 F1 اضافه و بعد از 10 روز عصارههای خام آبی و الکلی گزنه و رازیانه در غلظت های 100 و 200 ppm به ریزوسفر خاک گلدان ها به صورت مستقیم اضافه شد. تا ۱۵ روز بعد از اضافه کردن عصاره، محتوی کلروفیلهای a و b و پس از دو ماه تعداد لارو سن 2 و تخم نماتد و فاکتورهای رشدی گیاهان تیمار شده بررسی شد. عصاره خام گیاهان رازیانه و گزنه موجب کاهش ۳ برابری شدت بیماری زایی نسبت به شاهد تیمار نشده و آلوده به نماتد شدند. بین تیمارهایی که هر یک از عصاره ها به کار رفته است از نظر شاخصهای رشدی شامل وزنهای تر و خشک ریشه و برگ و هم چنین طول ساقه و ریشه در مقایسه با شاهد سالم تیمار نشده و یا تیمار شده با سم اختلاف معنیداری وجود داشت. عصاره خام رازیانه تاثیر بهتری نسبت به عصاره گزنه داشت و بهترین تاثیر در کنترل نماتد با غلظت ۱۰۰ ppm عصاره آبی رازیانه حاصل شد.

تهیه نانوامولسیون اسانس آویشن شیرازی (Zataria multiflora) و مقایسه سمیت تماسی آن با اسانس خالص روی لارو شب پره آرد. Ephestia kuehniella
در دهههای اخیر، یکی از مهمترین روشهای جایگزینی آفتکشهای مصنوعی، استفاده از فرمولاسیون جدید و ایجاد تغییراتی است که میتواند روی اسانسها اعمال شود تا کیفیت و میزان تاثیر آنها افزایش یابد. در این تحقیق پس از ساخت فرمولاسیون نانوامولسیون، سمیت تماسی اسانس گیاه آویشن شیرازی Zataria multiflora Boiss. (Lamiaceae) قبل و بعد از نانوکپسوله شدن، روی جمعیت پرورش یافته و همگن شده شب پره آرد Ephestia kuehniella Zeller. (Lepidoptera: Pyralidae) تحت شرایط دمایی 1±27 درجه سلسیوس و رطوبت نسبی 5±65 درصد و در تاریکی بررسی شد. نانوکپسوله کردن اسانس به کمک صمغ انگوم و مالتودکسترین انجام شد و با استفاده از هموژنیزاسیون با اسانس امولسیفیه شد. اندازه و شکل کپسولها با استفاده از میکروسکوپ الکترونی TEM مشخص شد. بر اساس آزمایشات تعیین دز کشنده، مقادیر LC50 سمیت تماسی برای اسانس آویشن شیرازی Zataria multiflora فرموله نشده و نانوامولسیون اسانس آویشن شیرازی روی لارو 14-7 روزه شب پره آردEphestia kuehniella پس از 72 ساعت، به ترتیب 0.61 و 0.15 میکرولیتر بر سانتیمتر مربع محاسبه شد. سمیت تماسی نانوامولسیون اسانس آویشن شیرازی نسبت به اسانس خالص آویشن شیرازی 4.32 برابر بیشتر میباشد.آزمایشات در چهار تکرار انجام شد. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد فرمولاسیون نانوامولسیون اسانس، قدرت رهایش تدریجی و افزایش دوام اسانسها را داراست و اسانس نانو کپسوله شده با رهایش کنترل شده ترکیبات موثره اثرات سمیت تماسی طولانی مدت را بر جای میگذارد.

تنوع گونه ای زنبورهای پارازیتویید گروه Ichneumoniformes (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae) در شهرستان جیرفت، استان کرمان، ایران
پژوهش حاضر شامل بررسی تنوع گونهای زنبورهای گروه Ichneumoniformes (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae) در مناطق مختلف شهرستان جیرفت (جنوب شرق ایران) میباشد. بدین منظور، نمونهبرداریهایی طی سالهای 1393 و 1394 با استفاده از تلهی مالیز در مناطق و ارتفاعات مختلف انجام شد. نمونههای مورد نظر تا سطح گونه شناسایی و تعداد افراد هر گونه شمارش شد. تنوع گونهای با استفاده از نرمافزار SDR 4 بررسی شد. در مجموع 20 گونه متعلق به 17 جنس به عنوان فون شهرستان جیرفت در این تحقیق ارائه شد. بر اساس شاخصهای شانون وینر و پیلوجی منطقهی مسکون از نظر تنوع گونهای و یکنواختی در صدر قرار گرفت و پس از آن به ترتیب مناطق جیرفت و فاریاب در ردههای بعدی قرار گرفتند. در بین کل نمونههای جمعآوری شده گونه Mesostenus grammicus با 31 نمونه (22.14 %) در تمام مناطق مورد مطالعه بیشترین فراوانی را به خود اختصاص داد. همچنین پنج گونه هر یک تنها با یک نمونه (0.71%) به عنوان گونههای نادر شناخته شدند.

بررسی اثرات بیمارگری سه نوع نوکلئوپلی هیدرو ویروس، Spodoptera littoralis NPV، Helicoverpa armigera NPV و Spodoptera litura NPV روی مراحل زیستی پروانه برگخوار مصری پنبه Spodoptera littoralis
در این تحقیق قدرت بیمارگری سه ویروس Spodoptera littoralis NPV، Helicoverpa armigera NPV و Spodoptera litura NPV در سه غلظت مختلف 10۲×6، 104×6 و ۱۰۶×۶ OB در میلیلیتر روی لاروهای ۵ روزه کرم برگخوار مصری پنبه (Spodoptera littoralis) در دمای ۲5 درجه سلسیوس روی غذای مصنوعی بررسی شد. بیشترین طول دوره لاروی با 19.7 روز مربوط به ویروس H. armigera در غلظت ۱۰۴×6 OB در میلیلیتر بود که با بقیه تیمارها اختلاف معنی دار داشت. در ویروس S. littoralis NPV در غلظت 104×6 OBدر میلیلیتر، کمترین درصد شفیره شدن (10 درصد) مشاهده شد. ویروس S. littoralis NPV در غلظتهای 10۲×6 و 10۴×6 OB در میلیلیتر کمترین وزن شفیرگی با 18.3 و 13.8 میلیگرم را داشت. در جدایه S. littoralis NPV، در غلظت ۱۰۴×۶ OB در میلیلیتر کمترین درصد خروج حشره کامل با 6.7 درصد مشاهده شد. مؤثرترین ویروس برای کنترل مراحل مختلف زیستی این آفت،S. littoralis NPV بود. LC50 جدایه S. littoralis NPV روی لاروهای ۵ روزه پروانه برگخوار مصری پنبه، ۱۰۲×7OB در میلیلیتر محاسبه شد.

کارآیی برخی جدایههای بومی تریکودرما در القای مقاومت گوجهفرنگی به Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici، عامل بیماری پژمردگی فوزاریومی
بیماری پژمردگی فوزاریومی ناشی ازFusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici (Fol)، از بیماریهای خسارتزای گوجهفرنگی است. کنترل بیماری از طریق القای مقاومت توسط عوامل بیوکنترلی، یک راهکار مدیریتی در جهت کاهش مصرف سموم شیمیایی میباشد. لذا، در این مطالعه کارآیی ده جدایه بومی تریکودرما در القای مقاومت علیه قارچ عامل بیماری مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. ارزیابی فنوتیپی القای مقاومت در گلخانه توسط جدایههای تریکودرما با دو روش زیستسنجی تفکیک ریشه و تزریق به ساقه نشان داد که تیمارهای Th-14+Fol Trichoderma harzianum و Ta-30+Fol Trichoderma atroviride در هر دو آزمون به طور معنیداری (P≤0.05) کمترین شدت و وقوع بیماری را داشتند. نتایج حاصل از بررسی قابلیت کلونیزاسیون ریزوسفر توسط جدایههای تریکودرما با روش رقیقسازی سریالی نیز بیشترین تراکم جمعیت را در این دو تیمار نشان داد. بین تراکم جمعیت جدایههای تریکودرما و شدت بیماری همبستگی منفی مشاهده شد. تیمار گیاهچهها با دو جدایه Th-14 و Ta-30 به طور مجزا و در تلفیق با یکدیگر، فعالیت آنزیمهای پلی فنل اکسیداز و پراکسیداز را به طور معنیداری (P≤0.05) در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد (Fol) افزایش داد. نتایج این بررسی میتواند در مدیریت تلفیقی بیماری پژمردگی فوزاریومی گوجهفرنگی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد

پیشبینی مدل پراکنش دو گونه از مگسهای گل Paragus tibialis وParagus quadrifasciatus (Diptera: Syrphidae) در اقلیمهای مختلف ایران
جنس Paragus با بیش از 50 گونه شناخته شده در ایران در بین جنسهای دوبالان متعلق به خانواده سیرفیده، پتانسل بالایی برای کنترل آفات و حفاظت از گردهافشانها دارد. این مطالعه بهمنظور دستیابی به الگوی پراکنش و ترجیح زیستگاهی دو گونه Paragus quadrifasciatus Meigen, 1822وParagus tibialis Fallen, 1817 در اقلیمهای متفاوت ایران انجام شد. مدل پراکنش با استفاده از رکوردهای حضور گونه همراه با هفت متغیر بیواقلیمی و ارتفاع تهیه و درستی مدل با استفاده از شاخص سطح زیر نمودار (Area Under Curve) سنجیده شد. بررسی میزان تاثیر فاکتورهای بیواقلیمی با استفاده از تست جک نایف نشان داد میانگین دمای گرمترین سه ماه و میزان بارندگی در گرمترین سه ماه بیشترین تاثیر را به ترتیب در ساخت مدل پراکنش گونه P. quadrifasciatus و P. tibialis دارد. اقلیمهای نیمه خشک با زمستانهای سرد وتابستانهای گرم در عرضهای شمالی برای حضور هر دو گونه مناسب و مناطق مرکزی و جنوبی ایران با دمای بسیار بالا مناطق نامناسب برای حضور هر دو گونه شناخته شدند. مقدار میانگین شاخص سطح زیر منحنی، برای دو گونه P. quadrifasciatus و P. tibialisبه ترتیب 0.86 و 0.9 تعیین شد که دقت بالا و درستی مدلهای به دست آمده برای پیشبینی پراکنش هر دو گونه را در این مطالعه نشان میدهد.

شناسایی زنبورهای پارازیتویید شپشکهای گیاهی (Chalcidoidea) در باغهای میوه استان مرکزی
شپشکهای گیاهی از آفات مهم و خسارتزا در باغهای میوهی کشور میباشند. به منظور شناسایی زنبورهای پارازیتوئید آنها، در طی سالهای 95-1394، نمونهبرداری از باغهای میوهی استان مرکزی انجام شد. زنبورهای خارج شده از بدن شپشکها به صورت روزانه جمعآوری و به لولههای آزمایشی حاوی الکل 75% منتقل و شناسایی شد. نتایج نشان داد که 10 گونه زنبور پارازیتوئید متعلق به 7 جنس از 3 خانواده روی شپشکهای گیاهی فعالیت پارازیتی دارند که از میان آنها، 3 گونه برای اولین بار از ایران گزارش میشوند که با علامت ستاره مشخص شدهاند. گونههای زنبور پارازیتوئید شپشکها به شرح ذیل شناسایی شدند: Encyrtidae: Blastothrix sericea Dalman, 1820; B. truncatipennis (Ferriere, 1955)*; Habrolepis pascuorum Mercet, 1921; Microterys darevskii Trjapitzin, 1968; M. tricoloricornis De Stefani, 1886; Aphelinidae: Aphytis chrysomphali (Mercet, 1912); Coccophagus piceae Erdos, 1956; Pteroptrix dimidiata Westwood, 1833*; P. opaca Erdos, 1956*; Pteromalidae: Pachyneuron muscarum (Linnaeus, 1758).

تولید فاژهای پلیکلونال حاوی قطعات ژنی آنتیبادی اختصاصی باکتری Xanthomonas citri subsp. citri با استفاده از فنآوری نمایش فاژی
شانکر باکتریایی مرکبات از بیماریهای باغات لیمو در جنوب کشور با عامل Xanthomonas citri subsp. citriمیباشد. تکنیک فاژنمایی از راهکارهای تولید آنتیبادیهای اختصاصی به منظور شناسایی گیاهان آلوده و همچنین تولید گیاهان مقاوم به بیماری است. در این تحقیق قابلیت استفاده از این سیستم برای تولید فاژهای نوترکیب حاوی قطعات آنتیبادی اختصاصی برعلیه باکتری عامل بیماری شانکر مرکبات بررسی شد. برای این منظور، پروتئین تاثیرکننده (pthA) و پیلوس (HrpE) که از اجزای اساسی سیستم ترشحی نوع سه باکتری هستند و نقش ضروری در بیماریزایی پاتوژن دارند، به عنوان آنتیژن انتخاب شدند. ابتدا پروتئینهای pthA و HrpE به صورت نوترکیب در میزبان باکتریایی تولید شدند و با روش کروموتوگرافی خالص گردیدند. از کتابخانه های فاژی حاوی قطعات ژنی نواحی متغیر آنتیبادی برای جداسازی فاژهای اختصاصی استفاده شد. غنیسازی جمعیت فاژهای اختصاصی با انجام سه مرحله غربالگری بر علیه پروتئین های خالص شده pthA و HrpEانجام شد و اختصاصیت فاژهای حاصله بر علیه آنتیژن توسط آزمون الیزا بررسی شد. فاژهای نوترکیب قابلیت اتصال به پروتئینهای pthA و HrpE را داشته و قادر به ردیابی گیاهان آلوده به بیماری شانکر باکتریایی مرکبات نیز بودند. از فاژهای جداسازی شده میتوان به منظور تولید آنتیبادی اختصاصی مونوکلونال استفاده نمود.

اولین گزارش زنبور Campoletis scyticus (Hym.: Ichneumonidae, Campopleginae) از ایران (گزارش کوتاه علمی)
جنس Campoletis Förster, 1868 با بیش از 100 گونه شناخته شده در سطح جهان، یکی از جنسهای نسبتاً بزرگ زیرخانواده Campopleginae (Hym.: Ichneumonidae) محسوب میگردد (Riedel, 2017; Yu et al., 2012). اعضای این جنس عمدتاً لاروهای پروانههای خانوادههای Noctuidae و Geometridae و به ندرت Pyralidae، Pterophoridae، Zygaenidae و Drepanidae را پارازیته کرده و بعضی گونهها به عنوان عوامل مهم کنترل زیستی آفات گیاهان زراعی مانند گونههای مختلف Heliothis spp. (Lep.: Noctuidae) شناخته میشوند (Quicke, 2014). زنبورهای این جنس، دارای بدنی به طول 5-9 میلیمتر و کلیپئوس غالباً در لبه انتهائی، دارای یک دندانه تیز میانی کاملاً مشخص است. تاکنون، شش گونه از این جنس از ایران گزارش شده است (Davatchi & Shojaei, 1968; Masnadi-Yazdinejad et al., 2010; Riedel, 2017). در این مقاله یک گونه جدید از این جنس از استان کرمان، ایران گزارش میشود. نمونههای این زنبور در مجموعه حشرات بخش تولیدات گیاهی، دانشکده کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی داراب، دانشگاه شیراز نگهداری میشود.

وقوع بیماری لکه خرمایی گندم در دشت مغان (گزارش کوتاه علمی)
طی بررسی های مزرعه ای در اردیبهشت 1395، نمونه های برگی مشکوک به بیماری لکه خرمایی گندم از مزارع مناطق بیله سوار مغان و گرمی در استان اردبیل جمع آوری و جهت بررسی های بیشتر به آزمایشگاه منتقل گردید. برگهای مشکوک به آلودگی پس از شستشو با آب به قطعات 3-4 سانتی متری بریده شده و روی کاغذ واتمن مرطوب درون تشتک پتری قرار گرفتند. پتری های به مدت 24 ساعت زیر نور فلورسنت و دمای اتاق و سپس به مدت 24 ساعت در تاریکی و دمای ºC 16 قرار گرفتند. حلقه کنیدیومهای زیتونی تیره قارچ در حاشیه پتری ها تشکیل گردید که مملو از کنیدیوفورها و کنیدیوم های قارچ بود. کنیدیوم های زرد رنگ قارچ دارای 7-5 دیواره عرضی و به ابعاد200-100 × 18-14 میکرومتر با سلول پایه مخروطی بودند. مشخصات جدایه بدست آمده با مشخصات ارایه شده برای قارچ P. tritici-repentisکاملا مطابقت داشت. جهت آزمون بیماریزایی، از رقم حساس بولانی در گلخانه استفاده گردید. بدین منظور سوسپانسیون کنیدیوم جدایه های قارچ به غلظت 103 × 4 تهیه گردید و برگ های گیاهچه های دو هفته ای گندم با سوسپانسیون کنیدیوم قارچ مایه زنی گردید. گیاهچه های مایه زنی شده جهت حفظ رطوبت به مدت 48 ساعت زیر پلاستیک تیره و سپس به مدت 6 روز در شرایط گلخانه با دمای ºC22 درجه و دوره نوری 16 ساعت روشنایی قرار گرفتند. قارچ P. tritici-repentis مجددا از برگهای آلوده جداسازی گردید. این نخستین گزارش از وقوع بیماری لکه خرمایی با عامل P. tritici-repentis در دشت مغان استان اردبیل می باشد

آنالیز فیلوژنتیکی چهار جدایه های ایرانی ویروس کوتولگی زرد کدوییان بر اساس انتهای 3 آر. ان. ای شماره 1 (مقالهی کوتاه انگلیسی)
به منظور آنالیز فیلوژنتیکی جدایه های ایرانی ویروس کوتولگی زرد کدوییان (Cucurbit yellow stunting disorder virus, CYSDV) ناحیه انتهای ¢3 RNA1 (به طول 560 نوکلئوتید) از چهار جدایه ویروس کوتولگی زرد کدوییان جمع آوری شده از استان های بوشهر، کرمان (جیرفت)، خوزستان(دزفول) و تهران با واکنش زنجیره ای پلی مراز و با استفاده از آغازگرهای اختصاصی تکثیر شد. ترادف نوکلئوتیدی ناحیه مذکورتعیین و با توالیهای موجود در Gen Bank مقایسه شد. نتایج نشان دهنده تشابه ترادف نوکلئوتیدی بالا (98-99%) بین جدایههای CYSDV بود و تشابه ترادف بین جدایه های ایرانی 99 درصد بود. درخت فیلوژنتیکی ترسیم شده به روش نزدیکترین همسایه با استفاده از ترادف نوکلئوتیدی ناحیه تکثیر شده نشان داد که تمامی جدایه های CYSDV در یک گروه قرار گرفته و جدایه های بوشهر، خوزستان و تهران در زیر گروه مجزا نسبت به سایر جدایه های مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.
