چکیده
در این تحقیق از گیاهان زراعی تیره لگومینوز شامل یونجه، شبدر، لوبیا و سویا دارای علایم بیماری آنتراکنوز در مجموع 14 جدایه Colletotrichum و یک جدایه Glomerella به‌دست آمد. این جدایه‌ها با کمک ویژگی‌های مورفولوژکی و توالی‌یابی نواحی ITS1، ITS2و ژن 5.8S دی ان آ ریبوزومی مورد شناسایی قرار گرفتند. جدایه‌های Colletotrichum شامل گونه‌های C. acutatum و C. dematium از لوبیا، C. destructivum از یونجه و شبدر و C. truncatum از یونجه بودند. از بین این گونه‌ها، C. acutatum و C. destructivum برای فلور قارچی ایران جدید هستند. C. dematium روی لوبیا در ایران و C. truncatum روی یونجه در استان همدان برای اولین بار، از این میزبان‌ها گزارش می‌شوند. نمونه Glomerella به‌دست آمده از سویا G. cingulata شناسایی شد. سویا به عنوان میزبان جدیدی برای این گونه در ایران گزارش می‌شود.

Charactrization of Colletotrichum species from legumes crop plants in Iran

In this study 14 Colletotrichum isolates and one Glomerella isolate were obtained from symptomatic legumes plant including alfalfa, clover, bean and soybean.Isolates were subjected to morphological and molecular comparisons. By using morphological features and ITS1, ITS2 and 5.8S regions of rDNA sequences. Four species of Colletotrichum and one species of Glomerella were identified comprising C. acutatum, C. dematium, C. destractivum, C. trancatum and G. cingulata (Figs. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5). Among these species C. acutatum from bean and C. destractivum from alfalfa and clover are new for mycoflora of Iran. In addition This is the first report of C. dematium on bean and G. cingulata on soybesn in Iran as well as C. trancatum on alfalfa is reported for the first time in Hamedan province
