چکیده

جهت بررسی مقاومت آنتی‌زنوزی 15 رقم برنج ایرانی نسبت به شپشه برنج
Sitophilus oryzae آزمایشاتی در سال 1383 در شرایط کنترل شده آزمایشگاهی در دمای 1±28 درجه سانتی‌گراد، رطوبت نسبی 5±70 درصد و تاریکی مطلق در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی انجام گرفت. در آزمایش ترجیح برای استقرار شپشة برنج که با رهاسازی مخلوط 75 حشره نر و ماده 8-1 روزه در 4 تکرار و در دو زمان 24 و 48 ساعت انجام شد، اثرات متقابل رقم و زمان معنی‌دار نبود که نشان می‌دهد مدت 24 ساعت می‌تواند برای ترجیح میزبان و استقرار حشرات کامل کافی باشد. بررسی ترجیح تخم‌ریزی حشرات ماده در آزمون انتخاب آزاد با رها سازی 12 جفت حشره نر و ماده در 5 تکرار و در مدت 72 ساعت روی ارقام برنج صورت گرفت. در هر دو آزمایش شپشه برنج نسبت به رقم کادوس کمترین ترجیح و میزان تخم‌ریزی را نشان داد. لذا رقم کادوس می‌تواند به عنوان یکی از ارقام دارای پتانسیل مقاومت به شپشه برنج مد نظر قرار گرفته و در آزمایشات تکمیلی مورد بررسی بیشتر قرار گیرد.

Studies were conducted to investigate the antixenotic resistance of 15 Iranian rice cultivars to Sitophilus oryzae (L.) under laboratory conditions at 28 ±1°C, 70 ± 5% R.H. and 0:24 (L:D). The experiments were carried out under randomized complete block design in 2004. A mixture of 75 male/female of rice weevil was introduced in each of 4 replications for a period of 24h and 48h. In a free choice test, the orientation and colonization responses of the weevil were evaluated. There was not significant interaction between cultivar effects and time intervals, so a period of 24h was enough for adults settlement on their preferred cultivars. Twelve pairs of male and female weevils (1-8 days old) were released in each of 5 replications to estimate the oviposition response for choice test followed by egg-plug counts after 72h release. In both experiments, S. oryzae exhibited the lowest preference and oviposition on Kadus cultivar, therefore, Kadus could be considered as a potential resistant cultivar and to be investigated in further complementary experiments.
